As a small independent studio, all our artworks are created on demand, so we are not able to accept returns, exchanges or change of mind.

But can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you must notify us of the cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing:

contact@aartichokestudios.com.

After this, we might not be able to stop the ordering process.

What if my item did not arrive or it arrived damaged / the wrong item was sent?

Whilst AARTICHOKE STUDIOS cannot guarantee how long a delivery takes to arrive and is not responsible for any delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier, if your item hasn't arrived or the work is damaged, please email contact@aartichokestudios.com within 14 days.

If it's damaged, please send photographs for our reference and we will send you details on how to return this. We will replace the item including covering the postage cost.

If we have sent you the wrong item, we will swap it over and cover the costs.

If there’s been multiple failed delivery attempts or a customer fault: for example, but not limited to, an incomplete address being given or a parcel not being collected, then the customer will be required to cover all outbound delivery costs.

AARTICHOKE STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse and refund an order without giving a reason.
